I realized that I forgot to make a post for the last workout I did. This workout I did two regular (not inclined), one wide, and one close. I now do 10 reps, 8 reps, and 8 reps. I also ran 2.5 miles before doing the workout.
I’m now at the point where I am told to rest for two days before doing my one rep max. The reason I am not at day “21″ is because I have not reported all the off days… but I am at the end of the calendar according to the routine.
After my one set max, I’ll give an analysis of what I thought of the program.
