To clarify, I have not been putting up all the days that are considered days off… Instead, I am just reporting on the days that i do the workout… I know this screws things up a bit as far as my documentation… but it will work out in the end.
Day 13
No cardio today… I ran yesterday and my legs were burnt out and needed a rest
Perfect Push-Up: 2 incline sets, 1 wide set, and 1 close set… I did them 10 first, then 8, then 8 for each set.
