Today was a good day in regards to the perfect push-up and exercise. They have the program changing a bit more now… it’s good to have it mixed up since it was starting to get a bit tedious

Ran 3.4 miles
Perfect Push-Up: 2 sets were done with my feet on a chair on an incline. These two sets were regular width, then I got off the chair and did my wide and close sets. As usual, I did 100 sit-ups between each set… this is a good way to rest your upper body but still get a good workout while waiting
