I won’t lie, the program does get boring at times, but I think they change it up just at the right times… my next work out has me scheduled for some incline pushups using a chair, so that will be a good change of pace. No pictures, sorry, I know i know… I am not delivering on my promise… so therefore I am changing my promise to showing you pictures after HALF of the program has been complete haha…
It’s 21 days… so after about day 11 I’ll put them up.
Day 9
Ran 2.5 Miles
Perfect Push-Up: 2 sets of my regular pushups, one wide, and one close… inbetween each set I did 100 sit-ups. So in essence, the same exact thing as two days ago. But like I said, the next workout day (scheduled for Friday) should be fun.
